Westbury-on-Trym and Stoke Gifford TKD Schools are owned and taught by Instructor, Miss Fran White 4th Degree ITF Black Belt.
Having trained and worked as a Fitness & Aerobics Instructor since leaving school, it was no surprise TKD became her passion, and opening a TKD school her dream.
Westbury-on-Trym TKD opened on 6th September 2001, 9 years to the day after Miss White started her TKD journey!
Stoke Gifford TKD was founded by Miss Burridge in 2000. After 30 years of Taekwon-Do and 18 years teaching SG TKD, Miss Burridge retired. Miss White took on the position of Senior Instructor as well as running WOT TKD.
In June 2020, Miss White became the owner of Stoke Gifford TKD, when Bristol TKD was formed.
Bristol Taekwon-Do is proud to be affiliated to ITFE. The National Association for the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) in England. Their aim is to promote Authentic Taekwon-Do as taught by the Founder, General Choi Hong Hi.
